'Sunflower weary of time,

Who countest the steps of the Sun
Seeking after that sweet golden clime
Where the travellers journey is done.

Where the Youth pined away with desire,
And the pale Virgin shrouded in snow:
Arise from their graves and aspire,
Where my Sunflower wishes to go.

William Blake

Sometimes I don't remember who I am
When half the world goes hungry and half goes to Disneyland
I'ts hard to keep priorities and know just where I stand
Sometimes I don't remember who I am

Paul Field - Sometimes I don't remember who I am' from 'Without the song and dance'.

Painting by Grady van den Bosch
Barcelona Lovers

'in the centre of the cathedral
the square of a little town
where those in the know tell of an invisible cathedral.
a massive guest
the outside light
there is such purity in the pigeons’ feathers
superfine flour falls from the sky
on buildings on trees on people’s shoulders.
small bones rattle echoing in the coffin of a small guitar
while the world can no longer contain happiness.

Ion Mircea, from My Cup of Light

“Take some more tea, the March Hare said to Alice, very earnestly.
I've had nothing yet, Alice replied in an offended tone, so I can't take more.
You mean you can't take less, said the Hatter : it's very easy to take more than nothing.
Nobody asked your opinion, said Alice.
Lewis Carroll - Alice in Wonderland

Just back from a great week at the CA Seminar, St Michaelsberg Abbey, Siegburg near Cologne.
Exhilarating, exhausting and inspiring. Wonderful to be in the company of so many beautiful, creative people. Thanks to all my CA family, a refuge for spiritual refugees.
Love to you all and especially today to Heike & Paul.

    The Piano Blog
I'm trying to play the Piano for a while most days.  Just improvising whatever comes into my head.
    Just to capture a moment.
All these pieces are unedited, one take and so mistakes are included !
