For my Father. A quiet, kind, gentle, wonderful man.
A long and remarkable life.
1st March 1924 - 1st July 2021
For the fragile and frayed
holding hurt in strongholds of iron
showing rust and decay too soon
before oceans come to wash and erase
let waves wrap weeds of worth
strong tendril cords
rays of laser gold
to melt your iron and shine your light
Ruth Field 19th June 2021
What do we see beneath the wrappings?
What secrets are folded and hidden?
Dissent and sweat covered with silk,
voices silenced, hearts crushed
Crimes against humanity.
Who will open the box?
The Piano Blog
I'm trying to play the Piano for a while most days. Just improvising whatever comes into my head.
Just to capture a moment.
All these pieces are unedited, one take and so mistakes are included !
