'If the Prince of Peace has come to us why won't the white dove fly?'
Not an improvised piece today. A re-visited version of something I wrote a while ago, An old Carol with a new verse
and wanted to post (Photos obviousley not from Ruth but from news reports from Aleppo)
'In the bleak midwinter the hungry and the poor, still wait for their Messiah to end prejudice and war.
For still we fight each other, still our children die. If the Prince of peace has come to us, why won't the white dove fly?'
The Piano Blog
I'm trying to start most days playing the Piano for a while. Just improvising whatever comes into my head.
The main point being to capture a moment. I'm recording them and publishing them here and
via Facebook & Twitter along with Ruth's photos.
I don't know where this will take me
but if you're interested please follow, sign up and leave your comments.
All these pieces are unedited, one take and so mistakes are included !
They're all available to download or on CD from
'An essential aspect of creativity is not being afraid to fail'
